Ugwu seeds also known as ugu seeds are the seeds derived from the pod of African fluted pumpkin. Ugwu is a type of leafy vegetables used for the makin of soup and food in Nigeria and other countries.

Ugwu seeds are rich in fat and protein. They are used for the growing of ugwu vines and leaves. Without the planting of ugwu seeds, the vines and leaves of ugwu cannot grow.
